Setting up the automation sequences was intuitive once I got the hang of it, and the email templates were quite professional. However, I found that the Real-time Analytics dashboard sometimes took a moment to refresh completely, which wasn't ideal when trying to monitor active campaigns closely. Overall, a very capable platform for marketing, but a slight improvement in dashboard responsiveness would make it even better.
